Eng. Mohammed Al Rashdy
was educated as an architectural engineer, currently serving as the Assistant Director General of the General Directorate of Technical Affairs at Muscat Municipality.
Eng. Dana Al Araimi
Dana Al Araimi serves as the Director of the Central Design Department at Muscat Municipality, bringing over 15 years of diverse experience across the public and private sectors. She holds both a BEng and an MSc in Architectural Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University.
In addition to her current role, Dana has held several key positions, including Assistant Director of the Building Permits Department. She served as a board member of the Oman Society of Engineers, and was also a board member at the Oman Center for Architects. She has contributed to academia and industry as a member of the Industrial Advisory Board at Sultan Qaboos University.
Dana is one of the founding members of the Oman Architects Association, which was officially established just a month ago. She has a strong interest in sustainability and has conducted various studies in the field.
Eng. Elham Al Hadhrami
is the Director of Urban Development at Muscat Municipality, where she has served for over 14 years in the Municipality in which she was given various leadership roles. She holds a BEng in Architectural Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University and an MSc in Sustainability of the Built Environment from the University of Brighton in the UK.
Eng. Woaud Al Araimi
is an Architectural Engineer at the Central Design Department at Muscat Municipality having 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. She holds a BEng and MSc in Architectural Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University and is currently a candidate for the Executive MSc in Cities at the LSE, London.
Eng. Nadhira Al Rawahi
is an Architectural Engineer at the Central Design Department at Muscat Municipality. Prior to joining the Municipality, she spent over eight years at Parsons International, contributing to a range of projects. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from UTAS Muscat and a Postgraduate Diploma in Landscape Design from the University of Gloucestershire, UK.
Arch Joleza Koka
is an urban planner and architectural strategist supporting the organisation and management of the International Architecture Competition in Muscat. She has over ten years of experience leading architecture competitions and cultural initiatives across Albania, the Gulf, and beyond. She is the founder of JZK Collective, a Dubai-based platform for architectural consultancy and event curation, and teaches regularly at universities in Tirana and Muscat.
